Amy brings a wealth of experience from a variety of roles, including in Widening Participation and Outreach (where she supported vulnerable children and young adults in reaching their full potential), Marketing, Recruitment, Internal Communications, and Change Management Consultancy at a larger firm. Additionally, Amy has freelanced in content creation, consulted on social media marketing strategies and rebranding projects for small businesses.
With a degree in Psychology, Amy has a particular interest in consumer, organisational, and environmental psychology, as well as behavioral science. She skillfully integrates these insights into her work driving impactful change.
Amy excels in strategic communication and creativity, with a passion for video editing, visual communications, and branding - utilizing these to help engage and excite various stakeholders in business-wide change programmes. Her strong observational skills also allow her to identify opportunities for improvement, and her out the box thinking brings fresh ideas and perspectives to longstanding business challenges.
Outside of work Amy enjoys long walks, kickboxing, and anything crafty.
